Payment Monetization
Summary
▪ Designed complete monetization flow for three pricing tiers, including free trial, notifications, internal billing system
▪ Company was cashflow positive within 4 months of release
When I started working with the folks at Tender Technology in Sweden, the product was still in beta. After some funding rounds, we determined that it was time for us to put a monetization strategy in place. We designed pricing tiers, signup flows, internal user management tooling, and a marketing and sales funnel.
The project resulted in a net positive cashflow for the organization in 2024.
